This morning, I opened up my MacBook Air (13", Mid-2011) to find it had crashed in its sleep (something that had happened occasionally in the past), but this time when I pressed the power button to boot, it became stuck in a loop where the Start-Up Chime repeats over and over, while the screen remains gray. No Apple logo, nothing. I tried the usual Startup with Shift Key, zapping the PRAM, etc., but nothing. :( Any thoughts?

I'd suggest maybe resetting the SMC Power settings or whatever they're called.

Needs new Logic Board

Turns out that my Logic Board is fried - and, of course, the warranty has run out :(
