MacBook Air stuck in Startup Chime Loop

This morning, I opened up my MacBook Air (13", Mid-2011) to find it had crashed in its sleep (something that had happened occasionally in the past), but this time when I pressed the power button to boot, it became stuck in a loop where the Start-Up Chime repeats over and over, while the screen remains gray. No Apple logo, nothing. I tried the usual Startup with Shift Key, zapping the PRAM, etc., but nothing. Any thoughts?

I'd suggest maybe resetting the SMC Power settings or whatever they're called.

Needs new Logic Board

Turns out that my Logic Board is fried - and, of course, the warranty has run out
