MacBook Air syncing

I bought iPhone as well as MacBook Air.

I synced my iPhone with MacBook Air and also transferred purchases from iPhone to MacBook Air. However I am not able to see my iPhone purchases on Launchpad of MacBook Air.

Please advice me whether I am missing some action.

Do you mean application purchases? iPhone application purchases and MacBook (OS X) purchases are two different things. You will need to go to the OS X App Store to buy any apps you want on the MacBook.

You should see the apps that are standard, such as Safari, Keynote, Pages, Photos. Apple offers these as part of every purchase. But as pointed out, most iPhone apps run only on the iPhone, and the same for Mac OSX apps.
