Macbook Air Trackpad and Keyboard working on Options boot but not working in OS

I have a A1466 Macbook Air and it will type all day in the options menu and at login but as soon as I hit the enter button to login boom keyboard and mouse go dead.

If I plug in a wireless kb or mouse it works perfectly. This is whats bugging me out.
