I have the M1 Macbook air, and I think there is an issue with my trackpad.
When I lift my finger and press the bottom right corner of the trackpad, the click feels "light" compared to when the same thing is done on the bottom left corner. The bottom left corner gives a sharper jolt compared to the bottom right corner. Could anyone test this out for me and check if it's normal? Though the clicks sound the same, they feel different. Help!

The clicks feel identical to me between the bottom left and bottom right of my trackpad.

Did you try to do this at the corners? Also try depressing harder for force touch, and let me know if you see a difference.

Yeah I clicked the very corners of the trackpad. I did force touch as well, and both sides felt and sounded similar.

Thanks, mate. I think there's something wrong with my trackpad. I will have to return it and get another one as I just got it 3 days ago!

Mine also feels the same on the entire touchpad. I would swap it out for a new one!
