My MBA magsafe have stopped working, no charge no LED, I've a macbook alu magsafe and I'm wondering if I can use it to charge the MBA? Google says yes... but I'm concerned as it's not the same Volt and Ampere output:

Macbook Air Magsafe Output: 14,5V , 3.1A

Macbook Magsafe Output 16.5V , 3,65 A

Yes, it's fine.

Intel-Based Apple Portables: Identifying the right power adapter and power cord--US
Although you should always use the proper wattage adapter for your Apple portable, you can use an adapter of a higher wattage without issue.
This should answer most, if not all, of your battery questions:

Yea I know Watt doesnt matter (Mba magsafe 45, Macbook 60) but output Volt and Ampere should? Or am I thinking wrong :p?
As Apple states, it doesn't matter. Yes, you can use it. Your Mac will draw only what it needs.
