I have a Macbook, and am looking into getting one of the older cinema displays (see pic) since the new one's cost too much.

Firstly, is this possible?

Secondly, what cables will I need to buy? The one I'm looking at on ebay says it "Comes with ADC which provides the USB and power to the screen."

Don't really know what that means, so if someone could help me out, that'd be great.

Finally, I use the built in web cam quite a lot. Will i still be able to use it, by using the mirror screen 'thing'? (as you can tell, i don't really know that much!)

You're in for some pain.

You'll need an ADC to DVI adapter, such as:
http://www.apple.com/lae/displays/adapter/

http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APP...6dcZp2Gc07z31IwUEODb/1.0.23.1.0.8.25.7.11.0.3

Additionally, since you have a mini DVI connector on the MacBook, you'll need a mini-DVI to DVI adapter:

Yes, the iSight can be made to display on that screen.

yeah as stated you have a little bit of work to do, and isight will work fine.
