Macbook and Snow leopard

I have 2007 Black Macbook with GMA x3100 graphics card and I believe 2 GB of RAM. Is this enough for me to upgrade to Snow Leopard from Leopard? Thanks

I've been running it since day one. Not that it ran well on day one. It's patched up now.
