I have never traded in old laptops, how does it work with Apple trade in?
The 13" M1 MBA is awesome, but I'm finding the screen is too small for me - Gutted. I'm looking at the possibility of paying through the nose for the base 16" coming out, and trading in the MBA to help pay for it etc.
Personally:
1. I would prefer to hang onto the 'old' MBA until I'm sure I'm happy with new laptop, traded in for.
2. Also, in case the new laptop developed fault in the 1st couple of weeks. (That old adage for electrical devices - Is it still relevant - if it is going to fail due to manufacturing defects, it will go early.)
(Question 1) Does Apple accommodate stuff like this? It can't be just me thinking like this.
(Question 2) How do you guys deal with any issues coming up?
E.g. Pull out an old MacBook, that still works, and use that while waiting for replacement of the new MacBook?
