Macbook arrow key broken! Help???

Okay so my left arrow key has broken off my macbook as well as the 2 white bits that go with the arrow!
I don't know how to put the 2 white bits together & I don't know which side, which way... & then I dunno how to attach the white bits to the arrow key or in the computer first -.- OMG
someone please help me!!!!

I have the macbook with the soft rubber at the bottom if that helps!

the white thing that goes in first has been taken apart where there are 2 parts of it now... & I don't know how to put them back together.
