Macbook as external monitor for PC

Is there anyway to use a macbook as an external monitor for a PC runing windows 7. The PC doesnt currently have a monitor. I have all the cords i just dont know how to get it to work.
 
You can't do that with Apple notebooks. They have no video in port. The same is true for most, if not all, PCs, as well.
