My macbook back cover(battery one) was loose so I tried to fix it but eventually the "screws" broke so I need to get a new one somehow.
What should I do?

Search the forums to find out it appears to be a common defect. Educate yourself with how wide-spread the issue appears to be (though I never had the issue). Go to the Apple store and have them repair it for free.

BTW, next time something is loose on a new notebook, don't try to fix it. You probably didn't know what tools to use and did more harm than good.

Is there any way that I can buy an original one from any store?

You can call Apple and see. Some kid around these forums (ergo search) said he could get the top half of the back of the case for 49 pound. I'm guessing you can at least ask ... Apple.
