Macbook Battery Bloating

Hi All, I have a 2007 Macbook 13.3 inch , 2.4 Gz, core2duo , and i,m starting to have a Battery Bloating issue.
The battery works fine , its just that i,ve started to notice the bottom batery cover raised up over at the left side , about 1-2 mm.

Obviously its out of Warranty now , but its been extremely Well looked after, and i do think its a fault by the Battery Manufacturer ?

Any thing i can do ?
new battery is $130 bucks !!!!

Take it to the Genius Bar or call Customer Care and see what, if anything, they will do for you
