Macbook battery falling out . . .

I just wanted to know if it's possible to change my late 2009 macbook battery with the new middle 2010 macbook battery, if so where can i buy the 2010 battery?
 
trackpad is fine.

computer sits askew on desk tho. dont want it to eventually pop out and not work.
 
Mine was popping out so I tried to remove it and reseat it but in the process have busted the coin-lock turn thing. Anyway, battery is swollen because since I removed it and run purely via the power adapter, I can use the trackpad button entirely. Previously I could only use the sides due.

It's a 3 year old MB and the battery had only had 72 cycles.

May pop to the apple store and see what they say. May also ask about a new top-case as the rim is chipping away...
