just a quick question.

occasionally, when my mac battery goes, i have application open, ranging from word, to photoshop, to itunes, to my anti virus.

i know i don't need an anti virus, so please don't tell me to get rid of it, i like to have it for peace of mine.

but anyway, does the mac switching itself off with applications open mess up the integrity of the application? i had my anti virus doing a scan once and the battery went, just wondering if the applications are intact?

THANKS.

The applications will be intact, even when the Mac shuts down due to no more battery charge.
