Macbook battery warped!

So I just found out my battery is warped and some sites say it will cause damage to its internals if it keeps expanding. Where is the best place to purchase an authentic macbook battery for the lowest price?

My macbook is black and from August 2007. Bought it brand new, but don't have any type of warranties currently.

Ebay, but head ups on the replica one otherwise I would go to the apple store and buy an authentic one.

thanks for the input. Will probably grab one from apple. Is there any warranty for the battery or the laptop itself that you recommend?
I'm not familiar with most of the problems on this thing, other than the speakers getting distorted, trackpad is smooth as eggs, mouse button sunk deeper, computer is MUCH slower than it used to be, and it sometimes doesn't detect my charger so I have to wiggle it around a bit.

mmm not really. I know they have a limited warranty for the keyboard palm rest and bezel where the plastic peel off.
