Hi,
I have a Black MacBook (2008 - model 4.1) with a 232Gb hard drive. I would like to have it replaced with a 500 or 750 Gb hard drive but i don't know which one are compatible.
Now my HDD is a Hitachi (HTS542525K9SA00) and my processor a Intel Core 2 Duo (2.4 Ghz).

Moreover, if i want to turn my 2 x 1Go RAM sticks (ref : DDR2 SDRAM) is it possible with every HDD i chose ?

Thank you guyz !

Any drive that fits is compatible.

Your RAM has nothing to do with your drive selection, and vice versa.
