Macbook broken, need to synchronize my iPhone with other Mac withouth losing database

Hi there

My macbook is broken and I need to synchronize my iPhone with other computer. I know that this is possible, I just don't know how to do it withouth losing my data in the iPhone. Specially the recordings from Dictafone that are precious to me and impossible to send it through email because they are too big.

Can somebody help me?

I am having a simular issue. I need to get my photos from my iphone? not just the ones in the camera roll but also the ones in the albums?

I need this as well....my old laptop broke and my older iPod won't sync all the music because its not authorized and I can't deauthorize the other computers since there all broken...lol this was before i had a mac now I do thank God but it would be nice to grab all my music I paid for off my iPod so I can put it on my MacBook pro and on my iPhone.
