I found my serial number in "About This Mac", now how can i tell when it was built?

And does the first week of 2008 include the week where the year transitions?

i.e. Dec 30 and 31 are in the same week as Jan 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, so will this count as the first week of 2008? :D
Or is it the week after where ALL the days are in 2008? hehe.

I've a feeling if you go into the apple support site there's a place to put your serial number in and it tells you the history of that item including when it was made...

It would be interesting to know if there is a place where I can put in my serial number to get the build date. On the apple support website, when I put in my serial # for warranty information, it just tells me that it is out of warranty (which it is). But it doesn't give me any information regarding build date, etc... I could guess mine, because I had a lot of BTO options, but it would be neat to know.
