Hey I'm thinking of selling my Macbook to my friend, on eBay, or on Craigslist but want to know what you all think is a fair price given its age and specs. Haggling aside what do you think its worth? Thanks for your input. :)

Early 2008 Black Macbook:

2.2 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
2 GB Memory
150 GB Hard Drive
-100 GB Mac OS X Partition
-50 GB Windows XP SP3 Partition Using Boot Camp

Various Extra Applications Including:

Windows Office 2008 Home And Student Edition For Mac
Photoshop CS3 In Windows Partition

Has it been less than a year since you bought it? Does it have AppleCare? Is it still available to buy?

If your friend wants to buy it and you know something about computers tell the friend that you will upgrade the HDD and RAM and give a good deal on it.

The included software drives the price up. But still, I say price it around $850.

Ya that sounds pretty good. Obviously the computer itself isn't worth what I originally posted but I figured with the Windows XP, Mac Office 2008, and CS3 would add some value.

It probably has almost exactly a year on it. I bought it soon after it came out. No it doesn't have Applecare but I take care of my Macbook like a baby lol and honestly doesn't have a whole lot of use on it. Part of the reason I'm selling it because I don't use it enough.
