As said in the title, I couldn't boot anymore on the Windows partition on my MacBook (13 inch late 2009) just after installing Mac OS X Lion beta preview. The windows option doesn't show after holding Option (alt) key after the chimes sound.
I installed rEFIt because firstly I thought that it was a system limitation that made the boot menu show only 3 boot options (Snow Leopard, Lion & Recovery HD) but that didn't help, although I could choose the Windows partition in rEFIt but after choosing it and validating, I get a message saying that no boot volume was found.
I'm so annoyed by this issue and dunno how to resolve it :(
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

was you lion install an upgrade or clean install ? if it was a clean install i think you may need to set up bootcamp again , and possibly even re-install windows...

does the windows partition still exist ? can you see and mount it under lion ?

Yep it was a clean install on a new partition on my 640GB hard drive. I can see the Windows partition mounted both in Lion and Snow Leopard.
