Macbook Cant see Hardrive

Today i wanted to clean instal OSX Mavericks, so I ereased my SSD hard drive and when i wanted to instal OSX my Macbook Pro cant see it anymore in disc utilty:/

Any idea what just happened?

What type of SSD? The 2012 MacBook Airs with a 128GB toshitta SSD are dropping like rain from the sky.

Its a Macbook Pro 15" from 2009 I changed HDD to SDD, everythings work perfect until I ereased and want to do clean instal of Mavericks
