Macbook case = Macbook pro case

I'm looking into getting a Speck, or Incase Macbook case. My late 2008 Macbook Aluminum Unibody battery does not stay in all the way and if bumped it will dislodge for a second and shut off the computer. I figure this will keep it in better.

I cannot find too many places that has the cases for that specific model. Are the MacBook Pro 13" (non retina) cases the same size as the late 2008 Macbook unibody?

Also: Which would you recommend. Incase, Speck, or something else?

the macbook pro 2008 - 2013 have stayed the same body except changeing acouple slots on the site

the retina is toatally different
much skinner
