MacBook Case Recommendations

Hey MacRumors!

I am getting a late 2006 MacBook (my first Intel Mac ), and because I know they get so scratched, I want to get a case for it. However, so many cases on Amazon are either not made anymore (they are for the Unibody MacBook), the reviews are bad, or they say it scratches the MacBook from slight movement in the case . I want a reputable company, like Speck for InCase, but I want probably a $20 limit. Please only send links of actual products, not just Amazon searches. Here are the requirements;
-Good reviews, reputable company
-Any color but pink or green
-Either a hard shell or (if they make these), rubber skin
-Doesn't cover any ports
-PLEASE make sure it is compatible with the late 2006 white MacBook!!

I know you want a case, but a skin can easily protect it from scratches. Go to http://macstyleskins.com and pick out a nice skin. I couldn't find any cases, so this is as close as I got.
