macbook charger from ebay good or bad

I been looking around for a second charger to leave in my car for convience, I saw on ebay a bunch of listing claiming the charger is oem and there going for 30 to 50 dollars. My question is it worth it to take a chance get the charger for half the price on ebay. Has anyone had experience with it being fake, or should I fork out the 79 dollars and get it from the apple store,

Went through the same thing. Ended up buying one of the only ones that aren't from China. They seemed a little weird to me.
