macbook charger problem

For the past couple of weeks my charger has been acting up. it'll say 100% and its lit up green then it says 99% and goes to orange and it doesn't stop. Is my charger dying? I've had my Macbook for maybe 2 years or coming up to 2 years. What should I do?

Is your battery 2 years old as well? You may need a new battery.
