Just like the thread title says, I'm having issues getting my MacBook to consistently charge my iPhone 6. I never had this issue before, so I'm guessing it's related to some type of recent update? In summary, my iPhone will only charge when it is plugged into the MB and the lid is open and screen is on. Once the MB falls asleep it stops charging the phone. And it won't charge the phone at all if the lid is closed. I've gone into the Energy Saver settings on the MB and turned off the "put hard disk to sleep..." setting. I can't see any other settings that would impact this issue.
