Good day
I have a MacBook Air less the two years old and I left it charging on a 8 day trip. When I got back I noticed the electricity had gone out. I had to flip the switch at the panel to turn electric on in that area. So when I went to use the MacBook Air it would not turn on. I reinserted the charger and it went to orange
It's been orange for a day and a half and can't get any response from the MacBook. I did all the resets I could find online and nothing. At one point yesterday it did flash the apple sign for about a sec and then nothing.
My question is ....is it the charger or something more serious? It was on a power strip.
I ordered the screwdriver that will let me open back panel and unplug batteries and see if it will power on and I ordered another charger but just wanted to know the opinions of anyone who might have a clue as to what has happened
Before I make the dreaded apple care appointment.
Thank you all for any insight.
I appreciate it!!!
