So its been a couple of months since my macbook had a crack in the palm rest and since then i haven't had to go to the apple store to repair again...until now. Yep my palm rest cracked once again and i'll have to make an appointment with apple as soon as i can hope for.

i do have a question: can a customer do something serious if his macbook has cracked multiple times within its lifetime. it hasn't been a year since i bought my macbook and its already cracked twice (and chipped off) in the same area. Can a customer, lets say his/her macbook cracks in the case 3-4 times, can they exchange it for one of the new unibody macbooks?

don't get me wrong i love my macbook and i haven't purposely damaged it whatsoever. but if there is one thing i don't like about it is that its fragile in some places, especially the palm rest. Just wondering if anyone can make a case for this, thanks!
