Please help me!

More information would be helpful.

What model was it?
Has anything been upgraded(RAM, HDD)?

My first guess would be bad RAM, but I don't know for sure. Does it have any remaining warranty?

Im sorry i dont know, im not very tech savvy.

What I do know is it is a 13" macbook pro, and no it has no warranty. Sorry I cant be more helpful.

If it is crashing already and you JUST got it, I'd return it while you can.

That being said, if it came with any disks, you could run Apple Hardware test and possibly determine the issue.

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1509

On my mid 2009 model, AHT is located on the application restore DVD. You just pop it into the optical drive, restart and hold down D until the diagnostic software starts up. I'd suggest enabling looping and running the extended test.

return this computer. kernel panics are usually faulty ram or motherboard but since you aren't tech savvy enough to look inside you should just return it instead.
