MacBook dead again!!!

ok so my mac book as u can c in my signature died as it usually does every 6 months. So I am on my iPhone bacause I am on vacation, so I am not near an apple store or my OS X discs so I can't reinstall. Ok so as it allways does every 6months the computer will "load" OS X and go to blue screen and a moveabul mouse will pop up but it is nothing but a blue screen . Any help
 
It's looking for a file in the boot sequence and can't find it. Can you find a copy of disk warrior anywhere? Running DW may help redirect the boot to the right place.

I don't have a computer to use as I sad I am on vacation so I am useing my iPhone and I am not familiar with "disc warrior" could elaborate
 
so I am just gonna just get an air and get it over with I just wish I could buy it at an apple store instead of a best buy buy I need a computer now
