Hey guys,
I got the following setup, which ran fine with my iBook:
MacBook -> Apple Keyboard -> Logitech MX510
The mouse is attached to the keyboard's USB hub.
And the MacBook is in Clamshell mode.
If I now don't move the mouse for a certain time (15-30min, varies a bit), the MacBook disables the mouse, so I can't move the cursor anymore. I then have to pull the plug and plug it right back in and I can move the cursor again.
A second problem, which also occured on my iBook (I guess it's induced by the Logitech Control Center or something):
When I do a reboot (or the earlier described plug in/plug our procedure), the system sets the mouse speed much higher. I then have to go to System Preferences and click on the slider (I don't even have to move it, just click on the position where it is (as it didn't move, but the speed is higher anyway)).
Both problems are really annoying and it would be great to know if others have the same problems and maybe have the solutions for it
Greetings,
hanzoh
