Macbook doesn't go to sleep after installing TVMobili TV

I recently installed TVMOBili server software (to enable DLNA streaming to TV) but I have noticed even when I exit from server by shutting server in Safari, my Macbook doesn't go to sleep. I tried turning it off and removing battery but didnt work. Is there any process that is running in background regarding this server?

Any suggestions??
