The mini-DVI to HDMI adapter is easy to find.
Here's one - http://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=4852
I looked for male HDMI, and couldn't find any.
But, it is an HDMI female adapter, so just add a male to male HDMI cable.
Well, that was rude. If you didn't notice, I asked two questions. This serves to answer none.
Maybe a little rude - When you decided what the question was, and then gave an "answer" that helped you, but not the OP.No it wasn't rude. A simple search gave me all the answers.

That looks like a US only site. I'm in the UK, and when searching, can only seem to find either exceptionally expensive ones, or none at all (results are mostly mini-DisplayPort).
Also, I'm not 100% sure if it is a mini-DVI...
