I change a file name on my macbook and now it wont boot. I can get to single user and it says... Unable to determine UUID for host. Error:35 I love this old dog and would love to find a solution! PLEASE HELP ME!!

What Mac OS X version is on that MacBook?
What Mac OS X version do you have on install media? If you have 10.6 and later, you normally can just reinstall Mac OS X without losing your data.
