So I know it's pretty easy to change the size of desktop icons on OSX. However, I was wondering if anyone knows a way to link the preference to the display settings? I currently have a Macbook Pro running Lion, and when I'm at work I plug it into my external monitor. At the end of the day, I unplug it and take it home to use as a laptop. The problem is that the external monitor is considerably larger than the 13" MBP screen, so it would be really helpful to have the icons set to a certain size when the external monitor is in use and a different size once it is unplugged. Is there a third-party app that can do this?

Thanks
