MacBook F-Keys

I want to use my F-Keys, F1-F5 for a game, World of Warcraft, binding them to certain actions.

Though in the history I've noticed F Keys are useless on Macs because they have Mac-oriented actions bound to them. Example: F1 Dims screen, F2 Brightens, F3 Sound Off, Etc..

Is there a way to use these w/o that happening?
