MacBook for iMac 20in ???

I'm getting tired of watching HD videos on my MB and the fans being really loud or playing the Sims and having the same problem. I came accross an add on Kijiji that was an iMac for trade. I've offered this:

His iMac:
20in
2.66ghz
2gb ram (ddr 3)
Assuming a 250 gb hd
Wired mouse and keyboard
Still eligible for applecare

My MB:
2.1 ghz
White 13in
4gb ram
120gb hd
Combo drive
Black incase
Still eligible for applecare
And I'm adding 200$ canadian.

Is this a good trade? I don't need the portability of the MacBook and the extra processor speed would be nice.

that seems like a fair trade.... if not slightly better in your favour...

I was the same.... wanted a bigger screen so got a 20" iMac too. I love it...

This sounds like a great deal.

My MacBook Pro is exponentially louder playing the same game like WoW on the same graphic setting, as my iMac. The iMac DOES make some fan noise sometimes, but it's really not that loud in comparison.

Personally, though, if you offered me that I would say no unless you put more in.

Edit: I missed that you were already adding $200. So it seems pretty fair.
