MacBook Freezing

I have an issue with my MacBook. Apple can't seem to know this issue. But the issue is that my MacBook is freezing when I wake it up from sleep, And when it finally unlocks after 3 minutes it shows the bluetooth icon and then it disappears by the trash. And it opens up settings that it is trying to connect to a wireless keyboard but I don't have one. Hope you guys know something that may help
