Macbook ghosting issue (I think)

I have a 12 inch macbook and there is a weird issue with my screen. It shows a transparent version of an old app that was open on the screen even if the app isn't running (see photos). I think this is called ghosting based on some quick research, but I have no idea how to fix it.

Which model of Panel are you ?
get it by command:

ioreg -lw0 | grep IODisplayEDID | sed "/[^<]*</s///" | cut -c 18-24
