Hello all,

Almost certainly stupid question alert!

Desk space is at a premium in my office so I have my (white) Macbook sitting on a Griffin Elevator stand; I use the space underneath to house an external drive and various other small bits and bobs. I've just got a PS3 so an already crowded situation has worsened considerably.

I was wondering if it would it be a bad idea (heat-wise) to put the PS3 under the Macbook? There's just about enough room but the two units would practically be touching. I'm guessing that it would be asking for trouble but just wondered if anyone had an opinion.

Thanks in advance.

I personally wouldn't do it since the macbook gets pretty hot on its own. You could try getting a cheap oscillating fan to put next to it if there is room, which might cool it down a bit.
