I'm considering getting a hard case for my new Macbook, mostly considering the Speck See Thru Satin since I can't really find other good products, and was wondering if they scratch the aluminum on the macbook? I know people have said that hard cases have made it even worse from debris getting in between the outer Macbook casing and the hard case but I was wondering if there was something special, either about the new aluminum Macbooks or the See Thru satin, that made this not happen. Thanks~

I have the Speck See Through Hard Shell Case for my 13" MB & love it.

I've had it for about a month, and haven't noticed any problems. Easy to get on & off, and feels secure on the computer. No problems with accumulation of anything under the top case.

Would definitely recommend it!

Good luck!

Alright, cool. Thanks! Anybody have news about incase coming out with their new hard case? If not then I'll just get the Speck See Thru Satin in black. :)

I just ordered one for the Macbook Pro - it is coming tomorrow. I read they have a tendency to crack. Is that true?
