MacBook Hard Drive Size

I wanted to know if this hard drive could fit in my MacBook. I have a 2.2 GHz MacBook.

physically no. you should try to find a 2.5" HD

Not a chance, you need the 2.5" drive, which I believe has only been maxed at 500GB if you are looking for a lot of memory.

thanks for the help. that's what I thought, but I wanted a second opinion to make sure. That would have been really cool to get that in my macbok.

just as an aside, be weary of using a larger drive. i assume you want to put lots of data on your laptop, but just think how troublesome it would be if you had your mb stolen. i prefer smaller sized HDs with just programs installed and saving my important files on an external or my desktop.
