Macbook HD Sata 150 or 300

ok im almost ready to buy a Macbook 2Ghz Combo and Airport Express.

i know the MB takes a 2.5" x 1/8H SATA Drive but I see its available as SATA 150 and SATA 300

which one should i go for? Like which one come with MB or is compatible?

Both should work. 300 is supposedly better though.

TBi is right both will work. Although the MB only supports the SATA150 (or 1.5 Gbps) speed. The SATA300 (or 3.0 Gbps) will just run at 1.5 Gbps speeds.

So there is no real need to pay the 3.0 premium over the 1.5.
