MacBook Heat and Fan Issue

Ever since last week, I have noticed my laptop get extremely hot, very quickly. Yesterday, it got up to 160 F. This is not normal for my laptop.

I am using Fan Control for Mac and here is a screenshot of it.

Nothing intensive running, other than Safari.

Any things I can fix with my Fan Control or should I switch to smcFanControl? Thanks.

I would go with SMCFanControl. "Fan Control" didn't work for me.

I switched. It has been running a lot cooler.

You may want to crack the case on it and see if the fan needs cleaning. Or take it into an apple store.
