Macbook Hinge Not Smooth?

Hi,
I have a Macbook Pro 14 inch, 2021 model. I dropped it, and now the hinge stops moving smoothly around 20 degrees from it being closed. It also tries to keep itself at 5 degrees open when I try to close it. After closer inspection, the lid has shifted about half a milimeter.
Any help?
