I dunno why, but while browsing the web on my Macbook, the speeds are intolerably slow most times. I have tried on both Safari and FF, same results.

I know its not the network, I just go over to my desktop machine and can browse fine.

Any ideas? I'm thinking it has to be the Airport card at this point. I find that sometimes, flushing my DNS cache temporarily fixes the issue, but still, its quite frustrating!!!

I have the black Macbook w/ 2GB of RAM (not that memory is really relevant, but whatevs)

Thanks for any advice you may have!

i had the same problem with my MBP had to take to Apple

it might be a hardware issue...
