macbook + iwork keynote + remote = workin?

hello,

if saw lot of stories that the ir-remote is workin with keynote and the macbook pro (apple sais it on its mps-page) ...
and i saw also that keynote is not working with the remote on a intel imac ... so my question is, is keynote working on the macbook together with the remote? ... cause apple didn`t say that explicit on its macbook-page?

can anyone test that? .. thx a lot!
