Macbook keeps stuttering audio icon goes grey and black

Hi all,

did anyone experience this issue? my sound icon keeps like disabled and enabled by itself. while using it even just surfing internet. the who thing just stops processing then proceeds again. during this period my sound icons goes on and off.

i repaired permissions already and its still the same thing.
