MacBook keyboard lights won't turn off on screensaver

Hello,

just a little bugbear for me,

when my MacBook switches to standby, the keyboard lights turn off - saving power, i like that.. an doesn't light up the room either when its dark ..

but .. when ive recently changed to having it just switch to screensaver, the keyboard light stay lit ? .. is there a way to prevent this ?
