MacBook keyboard stopped working - can’t log in

Hi

My MacBook keyboard has completely stopped working so I can’t even log in at start up.

On holiday and can’t immediately get hold of a usb keyboard.

I can’t seem to get to accessibility keyboard from login screen.

I also have boot camp installed and can get into windows and it’s accessibility keyboard.

Any suggestions how I can past the Mac login screen?
